Polaroid tablet has inverted colors and appears to have wrong screen orientation.

it has been dropped once before, however, the problem appeared weeks after, i have tried multiple resets and factory resets. Colors are either inverted, or the wrong shade and the screen appears to always be upside down, however, the touch-detection boxes are in the proper place.

Can i fix this myself, or will i need professional help?

You may have inadvertently hit "Invert colors" in the drop-down menu (the one that you can pull down from the Notifications bar at the top of the screen). First time it happened to me I was quite perplexed as to what was going on. Don't know about the upside-down thing, though. Sorry.
