what thing is missed ?

hello friends , we all know no one is 100% perfect so what do you thinking that what features should be mention or mention in upcoming google mobile ?

There are old iPhones supported for less than four years.

True... but iPhones generally receive updates for a lot longer than any Android phone, even flagship phones. Not to mention that when Apple pushes out updates, more than half of all iPhones get them within a matter of weeks. :( (something that will never happen in our Android world)

I don't actually give a rat's [rear end] about new updates for the sake of new features. I *only* care that the updates fix or patch security issues on a timely manner. Google should be ashamed of itself for not making this happen.

I am not disagreeing with you here, just to correct your incorrect statement above.

Getting updates quicker sure but there have been complaints of older devices running very slow on the latest available software... I also speak from personal experience here. Sometimes it is better to have old software running well than new software running very slow.

Almost every device sold is optimized to work on the software that it ships with. All modifications from that point out are not getting the same amount of care and optimization put into them, so unless there intrinsic gains in an update that outweigh the benefits of the original optimization (such as getting Doze when you never had it before) - mostly you're getting new features at a cost of slight roughness to other aspects. Maybe we could describe it as losing polish.

My friend had a 4s, when he received iOS 9, he regretted about installing it

First choice: wireless charging.

Second: Lower price... and I'm willing to sacrifice cosmetic things like a fancy aluminum shell with a glass piece. I'm going to use a case anyway.
