Got the Samsung S20 4G Exynos version with 128GB in Grey. Loving the smaller size and so far so good!

at this time i have only been able to get my hands on the S20+, no Ultra, no S20 at local carrier, so i did my comparison with the S10+ and Note 10+ which were all on the same display table. the version they had was the 128GB Blue-ish variant S20+. The S20+ really is a very nice phone, lighter than Note 10+, i did some side grabs to test the curved screen, and it really is less curved on the S20 than any of the previous lines. i was only able to test the cam indoors, and results are looking great. i enabled the 120hz refresh rate and WOW, i know the battery will take a hit, but i can see using that phone at full 120hz all the time, the response is amazing, i scrolled a google search and espn page in a flash.

so my choice would be the S20+ (even without holding the Ultra)

I have a Note 10+ and absolutely love the phone. I got the Ultra and I love it as well. One has to go back. I never thought it would be this tough. As much as I love the Ultra, I feel I could easily do without it. When I get ready to wipe it, the feel of the device is great to me. The 10+ is lighter but the Ultra is a little more ergonomic for me. I really hate this. I don't really see a huge difference in battery or screen. I can make the pics and video work on the Ultra. Then I pick up the 10+ and love the weight. I performed my own camera comparison because it is my opinion that matters. I see positives and negatives on both ends. Aarrgghh... I really didn't anticipate it would be this tough. I wish 5G was more wide spread and then I could EASILY justify keeping the Ultra. LOL.

I want the S20, but I want Samsung to make an Active (military grade) version like my current phone S8 Active. These phones cost so much, I want one that is durable and the screen won't break if it falls off a counter or out of my pocket. I love having a tough phone that doesn't need a case. samsung-galaxy-s8-active-gold-1500x1000.jpg

I've had some time with both the Note 10 Plus, S20 Plus, and S20 Ultra. Personally I prefer the S20 Ultra. They're all fantastic phones though.

Happy with my purchase :) I haven't used a Samsung device since the Galaxy S5. A lot have changed...

wish i could get my hands on Ultra to see if the size is such a big deal. though due to corona, the carrier is closed

TouchWiz and capacitive buttons are gone my friend. Also, welcome to the forms.
Touch wiz is touch ui 2.1 haha
But it's 100% times way better than the old touch wiz...
With that bubble sound on every press

Umm been a member since 2009... That mobile nation passport thingy messed up with my profile :/
But thank you :)

i have a query, not sure if this was asked somewhere else but i know for the asian market they get the exynos chip, and the SD is for usa markets, is this mainly for the 5G??
so what i want to know is can someone buy the SD version in a none 5G area and it will work on the 4G/LTE networks around??? (my basis for asking this is the debate that the SD versions perform better than the exynos versions)

I got the S20+ a couple of weeks ago to replace an aging HTC 10. I had my eye on a Pixel 4XL but Google don't sell them direct in my country, and parallel importers charge an arm and a leg. Very happy with the Samsung so far. Just a little disappointed that I couldn't select the S20 from the dropdown list as my "primary phone" when I signed up on Android Central. :D

I got the s20 plus. Same length as note 10 plus but slightly less wide. making it more comfortable to hold and use.
