Stock rooted with Franco milestone 3 kernel. Tried few different kernels but I think I get the best battery life with Franco.

I don't plan to go with custom rom though.

bought mine on the 1st of June and running stock - have no intentions to root it and flash a different rom on it.

Stock & Rooted no custom ROM, This is probably the first Android phone that I have not felt that I needed to run a custom ROM to be happy with it

Stock and loving it.

I used to root, load ROMs, etc. But stock ICS is doing just fine for me. Next step is to wait out my AT&T contract in mid summer and go to Straight Talk.
