Do you use WiFi calling?

Checking the votes -- seems like a mixed bag for sure :P. I can see why some really like it.

Your saying you don't get wifi calling.
I had to say o.k. Google
Turn wifi calling on.
It showed me the switch to turn on.

No not at all. I was responding to someone's post that claimed that
first US Carrier that allows wifi calling on Unlocked phones WILL get his business!

Of course Google Fi does WiFi Calling by default! Fi only drops back to Cellular if it can't find a reliable WiFi connection. That's what can make it so economical.

Depending on where you are (Like out of the US or out of your carrier's network) this can be a much lower cost option for calls...

Absolutely. It's an absolute must, as I get zero cell reception inside my house (except in extremely small, random pockets) and it even extends outside a bit, for some reason. Regardless of phone.

I do sometimes but the delay can make conversations difficult. I typically get a 1-2 second delay between when the person speaks and the other hears it, while on wifi.

I wonder what's causing that? Kate and I both work from home and have many dozens of business calls a day and for us WiFi calling works like any normal phone call does.

I find wifi calling quite helpful as I often work in a Faraday Cage and have wifi so the phone automatically switches to wifi calling when there is a weak to nonexistent KTE signal.
