poor lte connection

i add a line for my shield tablet from tmobile but couldnt get lte connection...i just gives me h+ for a short time and drops to E...is this shield issue or tmobile?

You need to create a T-Mobile APN in your mobile network settings.

Name: T-MOBILE
APN: epc.tmobile.com but you it’s an LTE Device, use: fast.tmobile.com instead
Proxy: <Leave in Blank>
Port: <Leave in Blank>
Username: <Leave in Blank>
Password: <Leave in Blank>
Server: <Leave in Blank>
MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
MMS proxy: <Leave in Blank>

MNC: 260
Authentication type: <Leave in Blank>
APN type: default,supl,mms
APN Protocol: Leave it to the Default one

T-Mobile is somewhat notorious for poor penetration into buildings--have you checked to see how reception is outside?
