Poor voice quality, speaker crackles

If I have my voice volume up more than 1/2 way the speaker vibrates and makes the call sound horrible, like a blown speaker. This happens on my wife phone as well. Is anyone else experiencing this?

(this is using is as a handset not a speaker phone)

I brought 2 phones and have no problems with them at all. If you think your phone is defective take it back and exchange it. You may want to adjust your settings, just to be on the safe side.
