Poorer/No Signal with new OS update on GS4

Has anyone else seen a drop in signal/connection and or speeds for data since upgrading?

I live in Philadelphia and generally get 4G/3G signal strong aside from being in the house. As of updating the OS. Now I am getting 2-3 bars if that even outside in areas I was getting full signal. Also with the new OS, the function to disable/re-enable 3/4G is no longer present. Which is something I actually utilized.

Anyone?

You can always flash the modem you had before the update. Go to sammobile and work out what firmware you were on before then I can find what baseband you were on before then you can download and flash with Odin.
