Some ideas. Boot in safe mode. Run scan with anti malware adware like Malwarebytes.

Restart if course and pause to wipe cache partition.

Get rid of apps. Look for paid versions. Adware can hide in wallpaper, theme, keyboard, camera, flashlight, photo apps.

There were over 100k developers that lost license last year, 700k+ apps. Millions if dl's.
