Pop up Alert just started on my Droid Turbo 2

[Android Central Question]

I did a hard reboot on my Droid Turbo 2...but when the andoid was in "No Command" I restarted it and now I keep getting an alerts from Verizon with error code 1000. I do not use Verizon here in Australia and am unsure if I did something incorrect in the reboot.

Welcome to Android Central! After you rebooted from the No Command screen, did it proceed with the usual Setup Wizard? Are you stuck on some Verizon Activation screen?
