Popping noise from my XPERIA T2 Ultra?

Can you provide us with a little more detail on your problem? When are you hearing the popping sound? Is it when using a certain app?

The sound appears to be from the headphone out from my phone. I tried many apps, it seems to have the same results. Also I did not hear it on the internal build in speaker. I also tried different speakers and headphones, the popping sound is still there.

Have you tried to go to the store to see if the floor display has the same issue?

Sounds like you could have a defective phone. Contact whoever you bought it from for an exchange if possible, or contact the manufacturer or carrier for a replacement
