Welcome to the forums. Long press that small icon (bubble with three dots) top left of that card, then tap the 'info' icon and see if you get the name of the app pushing the ad.

Yes. That's the recent apps/multitasking overview.

Therefore I am not able to press on the bubble with three dots because it doesn't display when not in multitasking overview like on attachment.

Tap the recent apps key after you get the ad (bottom left) and then long press the small bubble icon.

Long press this icon and then 'i' (info icon).
