popup from m.allstarmobile.mobi is it a virus?

I would delete any mp3 Downloader apps that worked for me.

Well guys I got a new popup today. I researched it and found it was from an app called "Simple MP3". Sure enough, I had it! Just uninstalled. I'll update if I get any more popups.

UPDATE: Still no popups! Look for this app and delete if you have it.

I had this one!!! This was the most helpful post. I'm glad I kept reading! I just now uninstalled it but I hope it works! Now that I think of it my problems did start about the same time I downloaded that!

I deleted that app when I first started getting the pop ups cuz the forums said delete att newely downloaded apps..... But I'm stillllllll receiving the pop up warning..... Any suggestions?? .

My son just had this problem on his phone as well.....found out it was from the Weatherbug app....he removed it, and they haven't come back....check your apps!

I've found a solution.

1. Install new Ez File Manager.
2. Go into Application list and you'll find application as a blank icon. It's actually invisible, but it takes space, usually top left as a first one.
3. Remove app from admin group if you added it. Otherwise you wont be able to do next step.
4. Uninstall it and be happy

Is it EZ File Manager? I don't see any blank icons. I am having this issue also and nothing is picking it up...

Can i block this using any ad blocker?

Welcome to Android Central! Ad blockers are unlikely to help. You need to remove the adware or app that's responsible.
