Portable turbo charger? Turbo car charger?

Yes. I bought one for my droid turbo (1) from the Motorola website. Don't confuse it with a regular car charger you can get at best buy or Verizon. It's a turbo charger, (15W I believe). I'm not sure if they still sell it though.

The original turbo charger that came with the Droid Turbo 2 is 25w. The only replacement sold on the Motorola website is a max of 15w -- while it's a "turbo" charger, it won't charge the Turbo 2 quite as fast as the original 25W charger that came with the phone.
The two turbo chargers sold by Verizon, in store and on their website, are full fledged 25w chargers -- both the wall charger and the car charger. They are a bit pricey, but excellent. These are the ones I've picked up to use as additional chargers with my Turbo 2. Make sure you select the turbo charger if you get one of these, as they sell both a regular and a turbo version of each one.
Highly recommended.
