Porting audio from video

I was attempting to make a video using the awesome Power Director app and all the audio came out as a white noise. I've never had any problems beforehand but this is the first time I tried this app with the V20. YouTube works with no problem. Also I transferred the clips to my laptop and the audio wasn't present at all. I'm guessing it has something to do with the hifi audio. I'll see if I can find a solution. In the meantime, if anyone has any suggestions kindly share them here so I can get back to content creating.

The audio works fine with Power Director? And I have no problems in the gallery app. Audio plays just fine.

On my laptop I see that I can open the files with audio using MPC-HC 64-bit and VLC media player. It may have to do with the recording format and not the audio itself. Guess I'm at least getting closer to figuring this out.

For anyone interested the wonderful developers of Power Director have responded to my feedback about audio with an update. I haven't updated the app yet but when I get home I'll let you giys know if it fixes the issue.

Those guys are awesome. Audio from video now works flawlessly with the app. I'll update this post with my finished piece.
