Porting from SGN2 to SGN3- noob questuon

So tomorrow will be my first time switching devices with sim cards in them. Before the SGN2 I had an iPhone and so switching between phones was easy. When i get my SGN3 do I just put my sim card from the SGN2 into it before I start the phone up or how does that work? What exactly is moved over if I use the same sim card? I figure my contacts are on there but what about my saved Web pages and setting on how I have everything set up on my current device. Sorry for the noob question!

You mean contacts ? If they're saved to your sim card then yes as long as the sim fits when you set it up it will look for contacts and simply add them and you could bluetooth them as well sadly we dont have an i cloud type of service where all of your apps contacts are synced from a cloud server (google needs to work on that it would make rom flashing really easy!!) But it will be a learning curve you'll love it or hate it idk thats your call but welcome to android and nice pic but sadly mods will make you take it down trust me ive been banned for a while pm me if you have some questions and concerns and I LOVE YOUR NAME!! If your contacts are saved to google once you log into your google account all your contacts and apps will be downloaded to your new phone.
Might be worth going into security in settings and ticking Allow Unknown Source first

I switched from SGN2 to SGN3 too.
I used G Cloud Backup to transfer my contacts from one phkne to another. It's free. You can find it in the playstore.
