Porting number taking a long time

Hi, yesterday I bought the Galaxy S6 from Tmobile in store and requested to have my number ported. That was around 4:30 or so. It's been almost 20 hours and I really don't know why it's taking so long. I called them last night and they said there was no errors. It's being ported over from Sprint prepaid. Please help.

Sadly there is not much you can do except talk to them. This is something the carriers have to work out. When I ported from Sprint it didn't take that long but definitely took a few hours.

Does it make a difference that I'm switching from a prepaid account? And they told me there were no errors, however, I haven't seen a port take so long before,
