Portrait Mode

Does the portrait mode on the pixel 4 always take 2 photos? I don't really use this mode a lot but was taking some shots tonight and that is one of the first things that I noticed

Yes it does. It defaults to the portrait version with the blue bouquet affect, but also gives you the photo without the bouquet. You can then even make the default be the non bouquet version or delete one of them and keep just one. I love that the phone gives you both versions with a single shot.

Thank you! I was trying to see the difference in both of the photos but I am sure I did not look close enough. Definitely see it now. Appreciate the help
