I don't know why I get on with Verizon chat ... ever.
I decided to ask why some phones are supposed to be delivered today and some tomorrow. The rep was asking me questions and asked what color I ordered. I had already told him my order shipped but I guess he was not listening. This is what he said to me:
<<<We have approximately 8,500 orders for blue and the Shipping of the devices from Samsung to the US is a bit delayed.>>
Not sure what to take from this because this guy is kind of not with it. :- He still does not believe my phone is on its way to me.
