I asked when I was there and they have a stop sale order on them. You got lucky.

Yeah I checked there too. The guy said he'd like to hook me up and has done that before when people are paying full pop, but they actually yanked the skews right out of the system so its not even possible to ring me up.

I don't know how you did it, but if you did you totally lucked out.

They were young guys. I don't think they got the memo. The phones were in the same place other phones were. He pulled out the box and scanned it and he let me purchase it. I felt like i was doing something wrong because I knew he wasn't supposed to be selling it.

Being that I haven't had 4g on and have fully charged it up yet I can't really say for sure but it seems alot better than the TB I had. I've been on wifi seen i had it with maybe 4g on for a few hrs and the battery is really holding up. Without getting down to accurate results it feels like my iphone 4 as far as battery wise.

Got a call from BestBuy saying the phone was instock if I wanted to pick one up.. just went down there, had everything all ready to go but the phone wouldn't activate. Then learned they weren't suppose to sell it yet, so had to switch everything back to my current phone in the meantime.... currently being held aside for me.

So I'm guessing VZW is locking out new activations through the network itself to prevent any other advance sales, but otherwise this looks completely ready to go, just waiting for the go from marketing.

Probably won't be released until Thursday, i'm guessing a press release tomorrow
