Possible or not ?

Is it possible I can download the 32 bit Kyocera driver to my phone save to my sdcard and then upload to my comp. And also the root file. But of course not open files on my phone. Then after on comp use files to root my phone. Or will downloading these files harm my phone ? Otherwise I can not download the necessary files since the comp ill be using has no internet connection. And after files are on my comp does it need internet to root.

Yeahp, that should be fine. You can use your phone as a storage medium, if I'm understanding your question correctly.
