possible to connect 2 bluetooth devices at the same time?

I would like to connect 2 bluetooth devices to the HTC ONE X at the same time: one is a bluetooth headset and the other is a bluetooth arm/chest heart rate monitor. I plan to do this during exercise to both be able to listen to music wirelessly while also using another app to continuously monitor heart rate.

Is this possible to do? I have AT&T HTC ONE X by the way.

I would say yes. I use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse at the same time.
