Oh they can very easily monitor your usage! In-fact if you look at the teeny tiny itty bitty print it says (and I paraphrase);

Limited to 5Gb.

Now with just your smart phone, going near that amount is a pretty amazing task! And 99% of the people out there never will.

It states that if you do go over that cap (they wont charge you), that you'll be place on monitoring. If it happens again, they can charge you extra, or even cancel your account with no warning (other than the warning issued in your contract).

So, technically, they can even try to pursue criminal charges for unauthorized usage of the network (yes, thats in your contract as well). But they wont, they just charge ya.

So stick under 5Gb, and you should be dandy. But be warned; a computer can burn through that kinda bandwidth in a week if you're doing it right.

Am I suppose to have less internal memory after the leaked update? With the 1.5 I used to have a maximum of 105 mb of internal memory now I have a max of 81 mb internal memory. HELP ME PLEASE!!! Thank you for your time...

Yup, that "unlimited" date claim is pretty misinforming.

But comcast, and AT&T, and home ISP have a cap as well, its just larger (near a Tb)

Supposed to start testing the next build sometime this coming week. Considering that the only thing that failed was the ota install, id speculate it shouldn't take long to test. End of march is still very possible to make.

What percentage of proximity would you tech experts speculate the leaked version (that I'm currently using) is to being accurate to the ota version scheduled to be released?

Idk if the next build is any different than the leak. It's just the ota deployment that's being updated I think.
