I reserved mine in union city as well. The location off of courthouse. Thursday isn't here soon enough. I'm hoping they get enough devices in stock. All of a sudden my incredible isn't good enough anymore LOL! I'm not sure where I am on the wait list

Just got off the phone with the Best Buy that I had pre-ordered from isn't planning on calling for appointments any more for tomorrow. They just told me that they will be well staffed and have a device set aside for me so that I could come pick it up whenever tomorrow(looks like I am taking an early lunch). I was Pre-Order #3 so they guaranteed me a device pretty much. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Best Buy called me again just now to verify i was coming in to pick up the X.

@sicario666 hey sorry i cant answer your pm as im still under 5 posts! lol the just called like 5 mins ago to confirm my pick up at 10:30. i also asked her what number i was and she said #3. i preordered on the 25th at 13:04 per receipt.

Man screw that. ONLY *3* DEVICES AT A STORE!?!?! What are they thinking? That's not a shortage, that's just ridiculous.

I agree with the previous poster, what's the point of pre-ordering if you're not guaranteed one? I pre-ordered Call of Duty Black Ops for PS3 on Amazon, and I chose the option to have it delivered on release day; I'm guaranteed the game.

SoHo, NY.. BB never called me. I just called. Appointment @ noon tomorrow. I think I was the first pre-order at the store, but idk. I do know that they only received 10 orders, so I have a feeling everyone at this location'll get theirs tomorrow.

I just got a call from Best Buy! I've got the first appointment slot at 10AM. Unfortunately when I asked them about the New Every 2 they said that they could not honor that. That's really disappointing. So my plan is to get to the Verizon store before it opens at 9AM, see if I can get one there and if not go to Best Buy at 10AM. Not getting that extra 100 bucks though is really nagging me.

I called the Huntsville, AL store this morning and they said the box had come in but they had not had time to go through it yet. They would be calling for appointments later in the day. I asked since I was #19 would I still be getting one and she said I would. I have yet to receive a call but I'm pretty hopeful.

Just got my appointment set up. 10am and i will have the droid x. The guy said they did not recieve any accessories so i guess i will also be heading to Verizon. Might just go to Verizon first. I dont think i will be able to sleep tonight from the excitement

FWIW -I just got my call from BB for an appt tomorrow. They have the DX's at the store, but no accessories yet, and they don't seem to know what they will get, or when... Less than helpful that they aren't better informed.

I called my local Best Buy where I ordered from (Everett, MA - 5 minutes from Boston) and the kid didn't know what I was talking about when I mentioned NE2 and I told him about teh Verizon promgram. He asked for his supervisor and got bakc on the phone and asked for my cell number and the last four of my soical and looked up my account and saw that I was eligible for an upgrade with $100 NE2 savings plus the $100 mail in rebate and said I would have no problem.

Call back and have them look up your account, from there they are in the Verizon system and will see what you are eligible for.
