Just got my call

Just got my call from Best Buy (left me a voice mail), actually had to call them back because the boss was in the office when my phone rang. My BB does not open until 10 am and is about 20 minutes from my Boston office so I won't be getting mine until after work. Made my appointment for 6:30pm, I knew I should have went to the one close to work and not home. Oh well.

No worries if you miss the call, I did and they left me a voice mail with a direct extension.

Yes they called last night...I believe I was the 1st on the list.I just set up the appointment for mid morning just in case I don't get one at the VZM store tomorrow morning.

Just got my call from the Nashua, NH Best Buy and I set up an appointment for 10AM tomorrow. I was first on the list, so I had a full selection appointment options.

It was tur that my BB only got 3 phones and I am number 9 & 10 on the list.

Will have to wait untill they get more in. Not a good day.

I emailed support listed on the Best Buy website yesterday with the question - will Best Buy honor Verizon Wirelesses’ New Every 2 program and just got the following reply email: So YES they will honor the NE2 Verizon program.

Best Buy Confused

I've called 3 times today...my local Best Buy (Downer's Grove, IL) where I have a deposit and told I was #5 to preorder says they don't know how many phones they are getting in so instead of scheduling they are going to just have a "free for all" when they open.

Not exactly what the "pre order" sheet I received says. And not a great way to run business to take $50 preorder and then say, first come first serve.

Got a call about 2 hours ago and set it up for 9:30am tomorrow. I called around 11am this morning and no one had any idea when they were getting them but guess they got the shipment in. I was also the first one to pre-order it at my local Best Buy here in Tampa.

Just got off the phone with the Best Buy that I had pre-ordered from isn't planning on calling for appointments any more for tomorrow. They just told me that they will be well staffed and have a device set aside for me so that I could come pick it up whenever tomorrow(looks like I am taking an early lunch). I was Pre-Order #3 so they guaranteed me a device pretty much. Looking forward to tomorrow.

They decided to change their mind at my BB, so now they set up an appointment with me today. 1st appointment of the day 10am. WHOOOOHOOO! Makes me happy!

I actually really like the razr, it was my first phone; it's been great at what I originally got it for (cheap, good for texting and calls). Now that I've graduated college and can afford it, I figured it was time to put it out to pasture, and then the X was announced.

Just got my call from Best Buy 5 minutes ago. Appointment is all set up for tomorrow at 10:30AM (their earliest appointment time). I was 9 or 10 on the pre order list (first wave of pre orders). I'm from Long Island, NY. I'm hoping it all works out for you guys too. Hang in there!

BB Huntsville, AL just called and I'm setup for 9am tomorrow. They did not have any of the card docks in but that's all I asked about. I was #19 on their list.

I think you're the first person I've ever heard say that they actually liked the Razr. I went through three of them. The ones at Verizon all had a software problem and so when they issued me a new replacement one, it always had the same issue. Probably the worst phone I've ever had. I actually kept my phone from before the Razr as my backup and destroyed my Razr the first chance I got.

I literally just got my call 2 minutes ago. I had given up hope. I was #10 on the pre-order list. I am in the DC area (NW). I had called earlier and they said the truck wasn't coming in until tomorrow and they weren't even sure if they would have them. So I was ready to go to a Midnight opening at a Verizon store...

I am beyond excitement right now!!!
