The battery bar is part if the search bar widget (the 2 in 1 widget), kwgt widget.

The "Apps" "Media" "Tools" and "Games" are folders. The thumbnails were made by an app called "Simple Text." Although it doesn't currently work with the S8, so I had to create them on another one of my devices, then copy them over.
