Post Pictures Taken with your DROID TURBO here

Taken on Jan 13th. Nice detail as far as I can tell. Well the white balance was a bit off though...

Re: Pictures Taken With Your Turbo

As for fore and background focus, is it the same way as the Ultra? Drag the focus/ exposure ring to where you want it? Thanks..

I actually like the first shot in the series the best. Darker atmosphere fits where one might be drinking the pictured beverage

The shutter is slightly slow I will admit, but the camera is great other than that. Love this phone!

Love this phone overall. Daylight performance is just as good as the competition. Well maybe the note4 and the s5/6 are better. But the difference is only marginal.

Low light is bad. Just like the competition.

Some of the shots after post production. Discovering the potential of this camera. Its truly one of the best. I'd say it matches the xperias and galaxy s5. The note 4 and s6 are way better. LG lacks color reproduction.

I wanted to clear the air with the blurry and slow camera people. This is a brief analysis of a picture taken with the sundown of a tree shedding yellow leaves.

You can see the analysis in the next post.

You can see the three areas highlighted the detail captured. The first box shows the yellow contrasting leaves captured in mid air with as much detail this phone is capable in capturing.

The second of the boxes shows the extreme end of the picture clearly defining the great depth of field this camera offers with the more contrasting colored branches in the foreground and the bit hazy ones at the back.

And the last box shows a little part of the gardening my neighbors had done. Just showing the amount of detail it captures.

Keep in mind the toning down of details this AC app does while uploading photos.

Thank you! I hope this helps.
Its a great camera for excellent to average lighting conditions. Next time I'll try posting some action photos as well.

Lowlight photography isn't really good that I admit and it's understood so I won't bother.

Here is a side by side I did with my MAXX and my Turbo. The Turbo has a little reddish hue, but it's actually fairly accurate. The MAXX casts a bit green. Focus touch was on the beautiful Pikes Peak! :)

Turbo, untouched, slightly resized so it could upload to the AC platform.

While I am biased in that the Turbo is only my second smartphone and my first one had a terrible camera, I have to say I am impressed by the camera. Still don't see where people are having a problem, because I'd consider this a pretty low light shot, and it came out *nearly* perfect. It's kinda rough, but not blurry or anything. Maybe I'm just one of the lucky few who got a decent camera.

My phone "stand" when reading forums/news at the table. Note "STAINLESS" stamped into the cover of the salt shaker.
