Post Pictures Taken With Your Note 9

Can you read? I said unless it was because of the forum. I see what I see and what I see are pics that aren’t very clear....and somewhat fuzzy.

Can you read???? I said it probably is the forum cause pic look better on my phone. As in the pic I posted looked better on my phone than on this site!!!

Easy Ladies... I don't think either of you are really trying to over push a point here! Calm down... there's no need for hostility. A lot can contribute to how a photo displays once it leaves the phone and gets uploaded so don't always judge the phone by what you see on the forum.

But the forum is still ok to judge the pics compared to other pics (from other N9, and even other phones), since I’m assuming they all get whacked pretty much the same.
I view everything on a large tablet. I see some “good” photos here from the N9, but also some that are questionable

Our car Oscar

It was lashing it down here in Preston, Lancashire - UK yesterday and he's a sucker for a cardboard box...

I have been thinking the same thing. My Note 5 pics look much better. Maybe it is just the forum processing the pics ...but I am underwhelmed by the ones here so far
From some of the pics I've posted yes, some image quality is affected by the forum.
BUT, from what I've experienced with the Note 9 there are often time I view a picture I've taken on my phone and can't help but think it look absolutely awful - sometimes there's an oil painting type look to it, like it's blocky... hard to explain and other times pics are just blurry.
Hoping a software update can resolve some of what I have been seeing... I've been taking a lot of pics with the scene optimizer setting both on and off and am noticing the same.

Sorry. I know this is a pictures taken with your Note 9 thread, but here is a picture of my Note 9 on a corner table. Yes, my home phone number is Pennsylvania - 6 - 5000 (okay, who here is old?).

Yes...that was part of my point. How much is because of posting them here compared to what they may really look like. What I am viewing isn’t a step up imo.,,but that is from viewing on here. Will have to do a real comparison once my Note 9 actually arrives. Hopefully it will produce awesome pics.

I'm sure the Note 5's 16 mega pixel camera helps (although it's not all about the mega pixels). Also, now-a-days Samsung has implemented a lot of post processing beautification and or sharpening which I'm not a big fan of. My Note 5 took awesome pictures but so does my Note 9 IMO. Especially coming form my Note 8 which took HORRIBLE pictures 85-90% of the time. You can imagine the step up it is for me. I still think I got a bad batch in regards to the Note 8.

Lol...I posted a reply but it looks like it went poof.

Yes....loved my Note 5. I hope the Note 9 becomes my next love lol. I am glad you got a phone where you can now get decent pics. I take lots of pictures so I would really be bummed with just a so so camera. Fingers crossed for a great experience for all of us with the Note 9.

Lol. I hear ya. That happens to all of us I'm sure. I hope that your phone does turn out to be a worthy replacement. Mine is 100% better than my N8. I wondered why my N8 photos didn't come out as clear as some were posting. Now I dont have to worry about it.
