Got mine about an hour ago. Had problems this morning at one store. The system still had the phone at $5,555.55! But then I went to a different location. No problems at all!

Only issue is its not picking up LTE where my previous phone did..

Got mine from a Corporate store just a few hours ago. Only paid $33.00 sales tax and the $36.00 activation fee on a new One Up account. Switched to My Way, All In.
For me, there is absolutely no LTE connectivity problems at all. I am in the Metro Atlanta area.
So far, bars are everywhere. Downloading apps on my new phone at record speeds.
I have not tried to change any band info as of yet.
If it stays like this, I see no reason to.
Hope other LTE connection problems are fixed soon.

Got mine this morning. Thanks to UPS my only concern is we have no forum on XDA yet I'm already rooted and recovery intact.. Been waiting for a while now love it so far..

I picked mine up this morning at the local Best Buy for free essentially (with gift cards). I went through the entire process there yesterday (11/7) before the system stopped them from ringing out since the phone wasn't supposed to be released until today. Rooted (Kingo), installed all my apps, and got everything set up to my liking. Now we just need a recovery, a way to get tethering to work and some custom ROMs!

Called Sprint this morning and asked if they would match the $99 BB price. They said no, went to bestbuy.com, ordered the phone online for store pick up, got it a couple hours ago. $100 cheaper and only spent about 20 minutes in the store,compared to the 2 hours or so it usually takes at the sprint store. Defintely a good experience.

UPS delivered and I am loving it!
Came with the battery mostly charged, a nice touch.
I live in a 3G/wimax market and the G2 pulls down way better 3G speeds than my Motorola Photon could and works as good as wimax did if not better without all the annoying subtleties of wimax.
Totally flies while multitasking

Speaker quality/placement will take some getting used to, it is easily blocked when holding the phone

I found out you needed the primary holders SSN(last 4 #) instead of just the pin number to order it from best buy. Lets just say people are lazy.

Hope others are getting their LTE problems fixed. Strangely, and thankfully, I have had no concerns.
Got this in Athens, GA today. No, I was not at the Bulldog game.
