Post up when you get your G2 in hand.

Ok boys, I've had my G2 since Friday and its amazing. The first day i had none stop issues with 3g connecting, so i was worried i had a lemon but then playing with the settings realized the bb guy must have checked the stupid sprint connections optimizer when he set it up. Ever since turning off that pos all is well. The customization options are unreal on this phone, i havent had to install a 3rd party launcher or sms app. I got 21 hours yesterday and i was playing with it non stop. Coming from my s3 that only gave me max 6 hrs, this is amazing.

I may root down the road. Right now I am enjoying stock with the only change being Nova Launcher.
Rooting gives you overclocking, better battery, etc and the phone does not need that at all. It is a beast. Fast, fast and fast and the battery is spectacular.
Here in the ATL, I have had no problems connecting to LTE.

Picked up a white Life's Good G2 On November 12. Turned in a Note 3 that had sound like an AM radio. Also, it dropped important business calls four straight times while I was in an orchard. (Leaves were still on the trees) My old phone never did that. I have had no problems with the Life's Good. I had to pay Sprint $199 ($99 only if I bring a number over, or some other BS) and a restock of $35 and another activation of $35. Although I was at a corporate store I did not go with One-up. If you ask me today I will say this will be the last two-year contract I sign. Sprint treats its loyal customers badly. We do not have T-Mobile in this area of Eastern Washington State.
We do not yet have LTE. When we get it I bet this phone just screams.
Everyone who handles the phone likes it. I really like the buttons on the back. The phone sounds very good. I would be happy with just the phone, but I just strapped my new Kunlun DAC to it. Having the buttons between the G2 and Kunlun is not a problem as the volume is on the Kunlun. Waiting for new NAD headphones. or Phillips L2.
I am happy.

Welcome to the Dark Side. We have cookies.
Actually you got a white one so officially you are on the bright side of the Dark Side, but close enough. ;)

Picked up a white G2 from local AT&T store. I've had it for a few days and absolutely love it. Great camera, battery life, screen, and charges faster than Samsung phones. Might root to get rid of bloatware and get Titanium Backup.

I picked up my G2 Thursday morning. I'm quite happy with it too. I have a Ballistic case and screen protectors on the way (I just have a thin TPU case on it for the weekend). I rooted it as soon as I got it home Thursday. She was very easy to root.

Out of curiosity, whose instructions did you use to root?
