I thought I would play. 
With all options off: 36977
With WiFi, Location and Bluetooth on: 36542 (my sometime "real time")
All above plus Smart Pause: 35395 (this is is my "real time")
With a boat load of options/settings on: 25833. Comparing the score breakdown the multitask, CPU integer, RAM speed and 3D graphics took the biggest hits (no surprise).
I don't have any bloatware disabled.

Offcourse it's going to make a big difference, power saving mode slows down the cpu power of the phone.
...This is pre-overclock.

Does anyone know anything about "Antutu X" ?? The Play Store says it has special provisions to prevent cheating..
My philosophy throughout school (as I watched people get straight A's while cheating) was not to cheat (even if I failed, which I did once in Gr.11 Math, due to two of the funniest girls I've met being beside me in class lolz ; ) , because it would give me a more accurate assessment of my learning (why else were we there, but to learn??)
If you cheat on a benchmark score, sure, you'll get a ranking- but in your mind you will always know it's not true.
Since entering "the real world" I've come across these "straight A cheaters" and they have no real skills and are terrible at nearly everything, because you can't cheat in real life. Reality doesn't allow it.
P.S. The next semester I passed.

This bench was about 6 hours ago..
Note: With a build.prop edit I changed my displayed model number to G900X, just for fun.. I did this recently (after hitting 14th place). It hasn't affected my scores (I still score low with garbage settings).. I was surprised to see it picked up by Antutu. The G900X (which I found out after- is a little known secret version of the S5.. Same phone, though..)
My 3D score was about 500 lower than usual.. I can do better. Got some ideas..

This bench was about 6 hours ago..

I can do better!!
I thought I had the #1 spot locked down, but then some dude scores 43322 on a Note 3 (something I've never seen done on a Note 3, not sure if it's actually possible- none of the other long time Top Ten SM-9005 users have ever come close to 43K+)
Then again, I haven't seen a S5 clear 42K+ which is something I'm going to do, soon, hopefully!!!!

I've scored 37015 without any root or overclock. I got it right after returning from ART to DALVIK. I haven't changed anything else.
