That looks faulty if anything... Is it able to focus on objects at all?

I hate to say what others told me about my Wifi issues, but that looks defective to me. Mine was sharp and took great photos on auto mode. This frankly looks like there is a plastic film or cover over the lens.

It's a picture taken as the sun was going down. I think it looks decent. Not perfect but no phone does very well in that instance

I think it's a focus issue with the software. I got it from Best Buy so an exchange would be easy if needed

Most commonly happens when I'm in the shade taking a photo of something in total sunlight.
