How do you take screen shots of your phone display and post it?

I used an app called Shootme, free in the market. Then upload via tapatalk.

CM7 w/ mixer theme and wallpaper. Custom icons via a launcher pro icon website. I love my screen

Those are better lol. Last ones suck. Also forgot to mention I use launcher pro and simi folder so all my apps are on home page but there hidden
