What's with the different icons? how you do that?

Exactly what Lactose said above. There are lots of free icons around on the web that you can download, and there are also icon packs available in the Google Store.
I'm using Nova Launcher which makes it easy to change icons.
Here's a good site where the Silver Icons came from:
Ultra Glossy Silver Buttons Icons ~ Icons Etc.

After you download the icons to your N10 (or download to your computer and then e-mail them to yourself), you then long press on the icon you want to change until it says "edit", and then go to the gallery where you have the new icon and click on it and save it. You can always go back to the default icon by long press on the icon until it says "edit" and then click on "default".

Aw man I can't wait to get mine!!!!! I had to send my SGT 10.1 back to Samsung to get the screen fixed, it just stopped working so now I'm eyeing the N10
