Download Gingerbreak, root your device with that

Download Dlash Image GUI and Bobz CWM.

Rename it to recovery.img

Use Flash Image GUI to flash that recovery.img

Boot into recovery, make a backup, flash IHO Backside, and gapps.

Boot into rom, enjoy.

There are apps that can screenshot them, but most roms have it built in (cm7, cm9, and most others except froyo) by just holding down the power button and the power menu will pop up and there's a option for "screenshot."

Also just something I discovered for everyone else (idk if anyone else had figured this out), that if you hold down POWER and VOLUME DOWN it will automatically screenshot your screen on CM9 without pulling up the menu.

Theme the StatusBar and use MIUIv4 icons and I'd use it

I was just making my own icons (in the style of miui). I don't know if i have the motivation to work on it any more though haha. We'll see.

No I am just using the Xperia S Launcher with IHO Backside, the framework theme is a Tiane0 theme. I have no clue how to mod or build roms I just use themes.

It was an ADW and Launcher Pro icon pack but it also popped up in the icons selection menu for the launcher.
