And also, it doesn't apply to go Launcher as well. Opening ICON pack says download Go. Downloaded it, then it just takes me to home screen. Its not in the settings as well.

That's so weird, I have no idea why that's happening. The same APK that I uploaded to the play store installs fine on my phone, not being downloaded from the play store.

And its 30 cents because I literally bought the app with my debit card hooked up to my bank account, and the money that I bought it with goes straight back into my bank account. Google takes 30 cents per purchase. So that I don't get back.

Actually one's 480x800, and one's GNex size, so they are different screen sizes.

@TGL Yeah it does look like they indeed do not apply. That's quite odd as they applied yesterday when I bought them on my sister's phone. I wonder if ticking the Security thing in the Play developer account yesterday did that. Anthony, do you know anything about that? Also, Check your PM's!!


Tgl, I'll have to wait till Monday to update it, when the developer comes back from vacation, but it will get fixed, I can assure you of that.

Yeah, cuz stupidly enough, Google doesn't let you download your own apps. Why they do that is beyond me. But I'm really only paying 30 cents to download and test them, so its no big deal lol

That annoys me a lot. I cant tell you how many times I've wanted to use one of my many themes (I made them for myself in the first place) and then can't download them because I only put a paid version of the app up -_-

Have you tried applying the nova theme in apex launcher? I'm wondering if the apks got switched around accidentally when you were uploading them.

I tried that. It didn't appear. I also checked ADW. Not there either. I'm gonna try reinstalling Nova.

KCLS, couple of things. Themeing in Apex works fine, however, if I try to manually change the icon of an application, it only gives me a few to choose from. Also, any requests allowed for applications without icons? i.e. GMail, G+, WiFi File Transfer Pro, and imgur for Android?

Of course requests are allowed! I actually wrote so in the descriptions and I saw your review, I'll ask the developer today about it.

You have to change the version numbers in the androidmanifest.xml before recompiling the apk. The annoying thing is when you upload a bad version you can't reactivate an older version.

@Cole: The developer sent me a new version of the Apex version with the manually changing icons bug fixed. I have 10 or 12 new icons he's gonna add though, but since he lives in italy, it's 8:30 there now, so I'm not going to be able to push the update until tomorrow, when he puts the new icons in. PM me if you want V1.0 (The version you currently have) with the bugs fixed, or you could just wait for tomorrows update with the bugs fixed and the added icons and update through the Play Store.

@TGL: I am pushing out an update for the Nova version tomorrow too, that will hopefully have the bugs fixed. It will also include the added icons. In the meantime, PM me if you want the stock apk, or you can just wait until tomorrow when it should be fixed through an update through the play store.

@Anthony: Have you ever checked the "Copy Protection" option in the play store? Because I think that is what is causing the problems with the icons. I'm going to try unchecking it on both and seeing if that fixes errors.

I know there's a thread on XDA about changing icon size, not sure about dock size though. I'm sure its just XML somewhere in the APK, its just a matter of figuring out where.

I don't use copy protection because if there are poor souls that are so cheap that they want to copy my work, I feel bad enough to just let them have it haha.

@TGL, Tapatalk won't let you upload more than 30 pictures now, and since they use your email to remember your forums, they know when you've passed your limit.

Updates are live guys, go grab them and report bugs! Everything should be fixed in both, manual edits in apex and icons not displaying in nova. Plus got everyone's requests in. I hope.

Edit: psych... lol. Apparently it takes a bit for them to get updated.
