No theme, I just used desktop visualizer to change my icons. The icons are called Google JFK. I found all the .pngs for them on Deviant Art.

I never had issues dropping them on the dock. Don't add them as a widget, do them directly from the app.

There's also an icon pack for things like ADW, but for Sense you need a Viper Rom to change icons. :thumbup::thumbdown:

There's an app on the market called icon changed that let's you change the icon of an app for placing, but not permanently for app drawer and so on.
