I used the update service on the last release (v1.5), but the latest version (v1.6) seems to have the kinks worked out. I'm not having any trouble running it on my phone...

weather is beautiful widgets (4x1 widget)

battery is the accurate battery mod. a lot of themes have it incorporated into them.

First, you'll need to download ROM Manager from the App Market

Then, you'll have to do this:
Clockworkmod Recovery

Make sure you read through the thread really carefully to familiarize yourself with everything that has to be done and what can happen if you do something wrong.
