The theme that I posted the screenshots is a rom theme. It is not the same as a theme that is used with a launcher. Rom themes need to be flashed with cwm and you must be rooted. Launchers mostly only theme your homesceen and app drawer. Hope this answers your question.

Now that DL30 has been with us for a bit...I decided to check xda for some theme action. I was shocked how many have been made to work for the fascinate 2.2. I flash my phone with a shiatload of themes so this makes me happy. Check em out

It's called wp clock.

I was actually referring to the "Jesus" graphic in the background. It doesn't look like it comes with wp clock.
