Swype is the way to go...been using it for over a week now and can't imagine not having it.

Nope my only issue is that its slow and takes forever to redraw widgets.

I agree with nate on swype, I installed it today and it's pretty awesome, only gripe is words with double letters like good keeps defaulting to god, but it picked up the word 'automatically' just fine, so it's a little quirky, but then again the only available version I've found is a beta so can't be too harsh.

Hmm.. do you even use Seesmic or Weather Widget though? Or do you use a different twitter & weather app?

in regards to WWD not updating, are you sure you're not killing it with a task manager?

Draw a circle on the repeated letter when your swiping. Works perfect.

If you havent already, run through the tutorial for swype. Lots of tricks.

I don't use or believe in using Task Manager/Killer.

i've been just using the 2.1 launcher as of late.

iirc it always updated with mine when i did use dx top

so, to bring this thread back on topic, here's my current setup.

running sholes 2.0.1 rom with 2.1 launcher skinned with xeudoxus' sense-esque theme.

WWD clock and weather on right screen. 2.1 news widget, pure calendar, power control, pandora, music, beautiful widgets for silent and vibrate, and the reskinned clock.
