It's in the "Owner" field. I think you find it in the Security settings. I let my tab drain completely and it's charging now, so I can't give definitive steps. You'll find it, though.


Edit: I'm talking about the Samsung Galaxy Tab here. I assume this is a standard Honeycomb feature.

You don't need to root the phone for snapshots. All you need is the sdk installed and know some basic adb commands. There is a how to on this site, look around for it -- I will post it when I get to a computer to search around.

I think this is the how to your talking about Take Android screenshots without root. Still need root or a custom launcher to customize Sense UI.

IMO, the "hard" part about rooting for most users in installing the SDK and any required driverds. If you are going to install the SDK & drivers, you may as well go with a little extra effort and root your device while you are at it. Then you can take screenshots when you are not in front of your computer.

i just use an app on the market called "ANDROSS" or Andro SS, either way, it uses the accelerameters in the phone, all ya do is shake it, then it captures the screen

anyway, here is mine, launcher pro+ using nills buisiness gingersense and Fancy Widgets Pro.
