How do i post a face to this forum

You can take a screenshot of your Gear S by holding the button and quickly swiping the side of your hand on the Gear S screen from left to right, then transfer that screenshot onto your phone in the Gallery app in your gear. Finally, upload the screenshot to the forum here using the Image button in the text editor where you type your post.

I'm based in the UK I'm afraid and got it direct from the Samsung website for £40 (around $60)
