Potentially returning Droid Turbo - Options?

You definitely won't get the old phone back as they likely already shipped it to a third party to be sold/refurbished, etc. So its definitely a question that needs to be answered for those that don't have an old phone they can use in the interim before getting another phone.

If you haven't already done an exchange, then yes. You can exchange the phone one time for a $35 fee.

So the big question is what happens to the $100 gift card I received for trading in an old phone. The trade in value was $1 and I wouldn't have traded it in if I wasn't going to get the bonus $100 trade in.

More so if you just had the $100 credit against the price of the phone....will you lose the credit for your trade in and the phone that was traded in?

Just stopped by Verizon and they said that if I were to exchange or return the phone I would get to keep the $100 gift card. What I would lose is the $150 credit for porting my number if I returned and did not exchange.
