power button not working

hi i have a samsung galaxy grand neo plus that was bought in 2014. the power button doesn't wanna work, but my battery is full and the circuit seems fine. Is there any way it can be fixed without going to a repair shop?

Your answer could be water damage or it could be as simple as a reboot from my personal experience.
