Power Button Placement-Thoughts?

I don't own the phone yet, but I prefer my power button to be at the top. Way too often with my GNex do I find myself accidentally turning the screen off because of the way I tend to hold phones. Having both sides of the phone occupied with small, easily grazed buttons is just asking for trouble with somebody like me. If it's on top, then it's out of the way until I need it.

I've always preferred the power button to be at the top. Top vs. side is nothing more than a personal preference.
If I had my absolute preference, it would be on the top, in the middle, just like is was on my beloved Droid X.
