power button stopped working?!

so my power button stopped working on my LG intuition...it wouldnt turn the screen on or off, and it wouldnt power the device off...next thing I know, I was out at the bar and my phone died...I charged it up and NOPE...power button wouldnt power it back on either!!! I just had it replaced through a warranty through Asurion, and the new phone seems slower than my original one..that sucks..

but my question is, how can I get all of my pictures from my old device if it wont turn on? apparently they werent backed up

In case you hadn't noticed, not many people have this phone. Won't asurion replace it again for you? Your backup assistant media probably has all your pictures

yes, as states in the first post asurion has already replaced it...also stated, I said apparently the backup assistant didnt back up my pictures. but im not sure how to find that out for sure?

When I got my replacement phone a couple of weeks ago (the most recent update tanked my 1st intuition) it took almost 3 days for all of my pictures to come through.
Not sure why but it wasn't immediate. I did lose a couple of videos tho
