Power consumption on my One X (tegra) does not seem to suffer at all by leaving Bluetooth on all the time, and GPS enabled all the time.

I can see an effect by shutting down WIFI, forcing it to use 3G data, but that is to be expected.

So far I've found no power saving use case for shutting off Bluetooth or GPS.

I havent tried locking the phone to 2G networks yet (Settings / Mobile Network / Network Mode (gsm), but that has saved battery in the past on other phones.

For the record, I'm more than happy with the battery life of this phone, routinely getting 20 hours, and occasionally 28 hours.

I get about 15 hours with mine on at&t. Not the worst battery life device I have had but nowhere near what I was getting with my iPhone 4 or galaxy nexus gsm.

Interesting. So if wifi is switched on does the One-X switch from the data network to wifi automatically, or do you have to connect (initially)?
