Powerbank: Ravpower

Hi, just ordered a Pixel C and looking for a good portable powerbank.

Came across the ravpower 20100 mAh. This has USB-C compatibility but just wondering whether a USB-C to USB-C cable is needed here to get the maximum charge benefit from this type of connection?
