Powerbeats 3 wireless issues with phone

Hi everyone,

So recently purchased Powerbeats 3 wireless headphones however the only issue I am having is that when someone calls me it doesn't ring in my ears. I know there is still an issue with the pixel going dark and not showing call coming through on phone but even my cheap older pair of Bluetooth headphones vibrates or rings in my ear if there is a call. Anyone else use these have this issue?

Ok, just tested my Pixel 2 XL with my Powerbeats. I was able to hear the customer ringtone in my ears when I placed test calls to my phone.
