Powering off (not rebooting) when touchscreen unresponsive
My s6 Edge was water damaged. The digitizer/touchscreen is no longer working (cleaned and confirmed by professionals). I need to power off the phone, not reboot it. But can't seem to find a button combination to do this. Simply holding down the power button does not work. Without touchscreen capability I keep hitting road blocks. Thanks.
